Civil Engineer to plan, control, and manage energy infrastructure construction projects, with a focus on high-voltage substations and team coordination.

**Basic Requirements:**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in the role, with proven experience in **energy infrastructure projects (substations 230kV–500kV)**.
* **Mobility:** Full availability to work on construction sites anywhere in the country.
**Job Responsibilities (Optimized for 500kV Substations):**
* **High-Complexity Scheduling:** Preparation of physical and financial schedules (S-curves), detailing phases of **civil works, electromechanical installation, and commissioning** for 500kV substations.
* **Critical Resource Management:** Planning and control of specialized labor, large equipment (cranes, transformer transport trailers), and long-term procurement management (long lead items).
* **Physical Progress Monitoring:** Rigorous tracking of execution (portal frame foundations, circuit breaker and transformer installation, cable laying), comparing planned vs. actual progress.
* **Rescheduling and Contingency Planning:** Schedule revisions to mitigate impacts from weather-related disruptions or delays by global suppliers of yard equipment.
* **Budget and Measurement Support:** Quantity take-offs and support in contractual measurements with end clients (concessionaires/Eletrobras/ONS).
* **Management Performance Reports:** Generation of productivity dashboards, physical progress KPIs, and sector-specific electric power performance reports.
* **Technical Interface:** Continuous alignment among civil engineering, electrical engineering, installation teams, and clients to ensure smooth communication at the construction site.
* **Third-Party Contract Management:** Technical oversight of subcontractors’ schedules for specialized services.
* **Standards and Safety:** Support in compliance with Regulatory Standards (especially **NR\-10 and NR\-35**) and ABNT technical standards applicable to the power sector.
