We highly value teamwork, integrity, and the reputation of our projects, and we strive to support the professional and personal development of our team. **See below the description of this position:** **Main Responsibilities:** * Act as technical leader for the Civil Engineering/Infrastructure discipline, guiding and supervising engineers, designers, and drafters. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project phases, ensuring technical quality, deadlines, and scope compliance. * Develop and validate sizing, modeling, calculations, and technical specifications for infrastructure systems (drainage, paving, earthworks, surveying, geometric design, etc.). * Ensure correct interpretation of scope, regulations, standards, and technical documentation. * Identify, assess, and communicate technical risks and scope deviations, proposing solutions and improvements. * Coordinate multidisciplinary integration, ensuring compatibility among disciplines. * Prepare and review technical reports, calculation memos, expert opinions, and supplier comparative maps. * Contribute to research, development, and continuous improvement initiatives, including lessons learned and technical standardization. **What qualifications does the candidate need?** * Advanced technical knowledge in Civil Engineering (Infrastructure/Sizing) * Strong experience in infrastructure projects: drainage, paving, earthworks, surveying, and linear works. * Advanced modeling and sizing skills, including preparation of complex calculation memos. * Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D and calculation software. * Ability to perform critical technical analysis and validate solutions. * Experience in technical coordination, team management, and project review. * Knowledge of technical regulations, standards, and engineering best practices. * Client communication skills, demonstrating balance and clarity in guidance. * Organizational and planning skills, prioritizing deadlines and quality. * Advanced English (C1 level). **Where will the work be performed?** * On-site presence at Deerns’ São Paulo project office is required at least twice per week; remaining days may be worked remotely. **What do we offer?** * Health insurance for employees and dependents * Dental insurance for employees and dependents * Life insurance * Well-being Program (Wellhub) * Flexible Meal Benefit * Language Program * Birthday Day Off * Childcare Assistance**\*** * Hybrid Work Model * Flexible Working Hours
