The **Unit Coordinator** is responsible for the service unit, ensures achievement of established results and process compliance, analyzes and monitors the unit’s performance indicators, supervises Urban Microcredit Agents and Unit Administrative Assistants in carrying out their activities, conducts monthly planning with the team, and performs other duties within the scope of responsibility.
