Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and guiding the flow of people and vehicles in a hospital environment, while performing supporting administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Provide information and administrative support as needed Description: Mandatory * Completed High School education * Availability to work on a mixed shift schedule Desirable * Knowledge of Customer Service; Radio Communications; and Alarm Systems. Work Location: Professor Eládio Lasserre Hospital, Cajazeiras 2 * Guide and control the entry and exit of people within the hospital premises, providing relevant information in accordance with established norms, procedures, and standards. * Execute administrative routines and the SOP of the area of responsibility with excellence; * Monitor, observe, and guide vehicle entry and exit at the facility; * Open and close building areas; * Request supplies whenever necessary to carry out activities; * Receive and relay messages; * Perform other supporting administrative tasks as required or at the discretion of the supervisor. 251127020240802642
