Communication mediation and conflict resolution ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Manage condominium operational routines (reception, cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.); * Supervise and guide the team, promoting organization and optimal performance; * Handle administrative management, including process control, reporting, and daily operational demands; * Mediate communication among the condominium, syndic, residents, and management company; * Supervise service provider contracts; * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance; * Ensure compliance with internal rules, regulations, and procedures; * Support conflict resolution and resident assistance; Maintain and preserve property assets. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Administration, Facilities Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role and in leadership positions within condominiums; * Knowledge of administrative and operational routines; * Team management skills; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organizational ability and proactivity; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). ### **BENEFITS** Salary: R$ 4.000,00 Transportation allowance: R$ 11.80 per day Meal allowance: R$ 342.00 per month Dental plan Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off \- Shift hours to be agreed upon ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment type:** CLT
