Diverse and inclusive team. **Job Category** ================ Production \& Skilled Trades**Position Summary** ==================== 0**Responsibilities** ==================== Streamline the replenishment of registered parts by analyzing material stock status via procurement / warehouse; Facilitate resources for Corrective, Preventive, Predictive, and Shutdown Maintenance activities, issuing and following up on requisitions, and ensuring invoice registration where applicable; Act as a facilitator by jointly scheduling backlog activities with the supervisor to meet departmental KPIs; Act as a facilitator in releasing Corrective, Preventive, Predictive, and Shutdown Maintenance services; perform check routes and monitor IIP to follow up on activities and report to the department supervisor and PCM leader; Monitor factory equipment “online” to assess their operational status; Provide and ensure applicable checklists for Corrective, Preventive, Predictive, and Shutdown Maintenance—including pre-PM and production checklists; Create, close, and monitor Corrective, Preventive, Predictive, and Shutdown Maintenance Work Orders in SAP; Assess, negotiate, and communicate equipment service priorities with the Production Department, supporting Maintenance supervisors; Monitor service execution to accelerate response and reduce repair time; Support area supervisors in allocating maintenance technicians, releasing services, and allocating resources; Request and control materials used during Maintenance Department operations using SAP; Issue and control completion of maintenance technicians’ work orders via SAP; Initiate, recommend, or arrange solutions for material/labor issues through designated channels; Observe safety regulations including mandatory PPE usage and compliance with safety standards and procedures; Guide team members on the importance of adhering to safety and quality standards to prevent accidents and maintain departmental order and cleanliness; Tooling and mold acquisition and coordination; Mold inspection; Mold and setup process improvement; Workshop and setup cost control; Coordination with material suppliers; Support for setup and workshop activities (5S, material delivery, and other tasks); Send molds and rings for refurbishment and engraving; Request item registration in SAP; **Minimum Qualifications** ========================== **Minimum Experience:** 1 year in Industrial Administrative Processes / Industrial Maintenance **Education:** Completed high school; technical education preferred; ongoing undergraduate studies in Administration or Engineering fields desirable. **Other Courses / Specific Knowledge / Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
