We seek a technically skilled and proactive Infrastructure Analyst to work across the entire infrastructure stack—from local network to cloud—ensuring security, availability, and continuous evolution of the IT environment. Responsibilities: ¿ Manage and securely maintain the local network infrastructure; ¿ Manage and provide support for the Cloud (AWS) environment, including resource provisioning and monitoring; ¿ Administer Windows and Linux servers, including Active Directory, email server, file server, database server, and Terminal Server; ¿ Provide technical support to internal users and assist the development team; ¿ Implement and monitor security policies, including antivirus and access control; ¿ Actively participate in security and PCI compliance processes; ¿ Monitor website and overall IT environment availability, ensuring SLA adherence and rapid incident response; ¿ Configure and maintain remote access and VPN connections; ¿ Perform database maintenance and creation, including GraphQL API consumption; ¿ Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for process automation; ¿ Develop automations and scripts to optimize operational tasks; ¿ Map, document, and keep infrastructure environments and processes up to date; ¿ Manage infrastructure migrations, including movements between AWS and colocation environments. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ ¿ Experience administering Windows Server and Linux servers; ¿ Solid knowledge of Cloud/AWS environments; ¿ Experience configuring and managing VPNs and local networks; ¿ Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO); ¿ Experience with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL); ¿ Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines; ¿ Understanding of information security and compliance with standards such as PCI DSS; ¿ Experience monitoring infrastructure and system availability. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Mobility Card: usable at various locations, including ride-hailing apps (Uber, 99, etc.), public transportation tickets, parking lots, gas stations, and more. * Meal and Food Allowance: accepted at supermarkets, restaurants, snack bars, and other food establishments. * Parking. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Salvador \- BA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Business Hours
