Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What we’re looking for:** A proactive professional who helps the team identify technical improvements to work on highly complex e-commerce projects. The professional will be responsible for technically leading platform migrations and evolutions, working both on building high-performance interfaces and robust back-end integrations. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Mentoring on testing practices, tools, and concepts, as well as refactoring and supporting the QA team in building complex and automated test scenarios; * Monitoring project roll-outs, identifying and resolving issues, and, in cases of critical problems, assessing the need to lead the team; * Identifying security vulnerabilities—whether generated during or outside the development process—and supporting their correction; documenting the identified scenario; * Deep understanding of architecture models and practices, and supporting the architecture team in validating and designing solutions when needed; * Maintaining a holistic view of the project and supporting the team in breaking down tasks and understanding them, aiming for greater delivery efficiency; * Monitoring and analyzing the team’s metrics, suggesting changes in planning processes and alignment sessions; * Documenting and demonstrating solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, graphs, code comments, and clean, readable code; * Ensuring the solution being built meets client needs and incorporates industry best practices. **Requirements and qualifications** Advanced knowledge of: * System development; * Frontend and backend standards and practices; * Web security and performance practices; * Microservices development using Java Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, GraphQL, Flutter, Python, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Maven, and message queues (JMS, ActiveMQ, or KAFKA); * Advanced knowledge of frontend development using React, Angular, Node.js, Flutter, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker; * Design patterns; * Unit testing with JUnit, log analysis in DataDog, and Git expertise; * Oracle, SQL, MySQL, and Aurora databases; * Redis caching, SOLID principles, Clean Code, and SCRUM; * Advanced English for conversation. **Nice-to-have skills:** * Experience with VTEX **(VTEX IO, FastStore, and Headless CMS)** * Proficiency in English is **mandatory** for this position.
