Responsibilities: * Conduct market research to identify suppliers and products suitable for the company’s needs; * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers; * Draft and manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed clauses; * Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, continuously seeking improved conditions and partnerships; * Analyze data and reports to identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased procurement efficiency; * Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to product delivery; * Participate in cross-departmental meetings to understand procurement needs and ensure strategic alignment; * Stay updated on trends and innovations in the procurement market; * Ensure purchased products meet the company’s quality standards and technical specifications.
