Job Summary: Production Assistant in Salvador to prepare doughs, bread, and cakes; operate equipment; maintain area organization; and comply with hygiene and food safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Bakery seeks a Production Assistant in Salvador. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing doughs, bread, cakes, and other bakery products. Sort, weigh, and organize ingredients according to recipes and standards. Operate simple production equipment under supervision. Assist in shaping, fermentation, and baking of products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area and utensils. Monitor ingredient expiration dates and proper storage. Assist in product quality control. Follow hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and good handling practices. Previous experience as Production Operator, Production Assistant, Production Helper, or Assembler may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
