We look forward to your application!** **\#joinbahiana** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform appraisal, cleaning, preparation, and classification to support storage, conservation, and retrieval processes for physical and digital archives and repositories. * Conduct document digitization and indexing, maintaining physical and digital archives and repositories according to institutional standards. * Assist in organizing physical and electronic collections. * File and retrieve physical and electronic documents in accordance with institutional standards. * Respond to document requests following institutional procedures and regulations. * Maintain production control spreadsheets in compliance with departmental procedures. * Assist in the department’s documentary inventory in accordance with current standards. * Participate in archival projects **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an Archival Science undergraduate program, from the 4th semester onward; * Prior experience with Document Management Systems (DMS) is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** **Workload:** * 30 hours per week. **Employment Type:** * On-site. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive internship stipend * Birthday Day Off and Intern Day; * Quality of Life Program (Workplace Gymnastics, Aquatic Gymnastics, Meditation, Pilates, Yoga, Smoking Cessation Support Program); * Bahiana Family Program (Health support program for employees).
