Job Summary: This Purchasing Analyst will support import operational processes, from ex-tariff request submission to cost control and lead time monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Will provide operational support for the importation of raw materials and machinery. 2. Will manage cost control and monitor import lead times. 3. Will assist in maintaining import department procedures. Submit ex-tariff applications and support drawback procedures. Assist in maintaining import department procedures. Control import costs and monitor container lead times. Conduct testing on the import system. Request freight bids for imports and spot quotations. Record import payments and perform financial and tax closing of import processes. Manage export of materials that entered under temporary import status.
