Job Summary: We are seeking a developer to work on the development and maintenance of backend and frontend applications, participating in the full delivery lifecycle and contributing to the evolution of critical systems. Thanks to the trust and loyalty of our clients—which have driven our significant growth in recent years—we are now among the world’s largest insurance brokers, with the highest organic growth rate in the market. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain backend applications using .NET and SQL Server. * Implement frontend interfaces and functionalities using MudBlazor and Vue.js. * Support and evolve critical production systems, ensuring stability, quality, and security. * Actively participate in solution design, architectural evolution, standard definition, best practices, and performance improvements. * Develop and maintain stable, scalable REST APIs, following modern development and security standards. * Contribute to the full delivery lifecycle: analysis, development, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement. * Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with the team to deliver predictable, high-value outcomes. * Work in an autonomous environment, proposing improvements and new technological approaches. * Assist in evolving CI/CD pipelines and integrations with Azure (or similar cloud platforms). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience with .NET Core and/or .NET Framework in mission-critical environments. * Development of REST APIs using ASP.NET WebApi. * Knowledge of SQL Server, including data modeling and stored procedures. * Practical experience with Entity Framework Core, mapping, and optimization strategies. * Familiarity with ASP.NET Identity Core, JWT, and security best practices. * Knowledge of MudBlazor and frontend-backend integration. * Experience with CI/CD environments, Git version control, automated testing, and delivery pipelines. * Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) with active communication. * Preferred: Cloud experience (Azure or similar): App Services, Storage, Pipelines, Logs, Monitoring, etc. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Health Insurance (Bradesco); * Dental Insurance (Sulamérica); * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Totalpass; * Private Pension Plan; * Profit Sharing (PLR); * Birthday Leave. * 100% remote work schedule.
