Job Summary: Logistics analyst focused on indicator analysis, cost analysis, productivity analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations for warehouse management. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics indicator analysis and generation 2. Delivery of presentations and results reports 3. Monitoring of costs and operational productivity * Logistics indicator analysis and generation: monitor technical and operational indicators of local warehouse performance; * Service level: deliver presentations with charts illustrating warehouse performance results; * Costs: generate reports and monitor warehouse operational costs; * Productivity: compile operational team data and submit results to supervision and coordination for performance analysis and continuous improvement actions; * Account reclassification: perform monthly cost closing for the area using SAP, reclassifying accounts according to results and guidance from coordination and management; * Closing volume: generate SAP reports to track volumes handled in operations; * Spreadsheets, reports, and presentations: prepare monthly warehouse performance closing in Excel and PowerPoint for coordination review and presentation to management. Data was obtained via SAP and company management reports.
