Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supervising all warehouse activities, ensuring organization, inventory accuracy, and compliance with procedures, as well as coordinating the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Warehouse supervision and management 2. Team coordination and development 3. Logistics process optimization * Supervise material receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and dispatch activities; * Ensure accurate recording of inventory receipts and issues in the management system; * Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, organization, and cleanliness standards (5S); * Conduct cycle and physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy; * Coordinate and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment; * Analyze performance indicators (order fulfillment time, accuracy, losses, etc.); * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies; * Participate in developing improvement plans and logistics process optimization initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or Engineering is preferred; Prior experience as a team leader, warehouse foreman, or warehouse supervisor; Knowledge of inventory management systems and controls; Skills in team management and problem solving; Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
