Job Summary: We are seeking a first-class bricklayer to perform complex construction, renovation, and maintenance tasks, including blueprint reading, mixture preparation, and team coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of complex construction and renovation works. 2. Reading and interpretation of blueprints and technical specifications. 3. Supervision and coordination of work teams. First-class bricklayer position for Lanzarote Island. Tasks include execution of complex works such as wall construction, façades, arches, vaults, pavements, and ornamental details. It will be necessary to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications to organize the work required at each stage. Responsibilities also include preparation of mortars, concrete, and other mixtures. The candidate will lay bricks, blocks, tiles, paving stones, and decorative elements. Additionally, they will supervise and coordinate the work of second-class bricklayers and laborers, ensuring team quality and efficiency. This position involves renovation, refurbishment, and maintenance works on buildings and urban furniture. The candidate must also ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of tools and equipment. Auxiliary tasks for other trades—such as plumbers or electricians—will be performed, including cutting grooves for pipes and other related functions.
