Monitoring of indicators and document management **Job Description:** ---------------------- Develop and review workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and internal policies; Map operational and administrative processes with support from involved departments; Update the document repository and ensure documents comply with requirements; Support internal process audits and identify non-conformities; Prepare reports and action plans for process improvement; Review standards, policies, and procedures. Develop and revise internal policies based on applicable standards and legislation. Monitor implementation of new processes and validate their practical adherence. Create checklists and control plans to ensure compliance with defined processes. Monitor process adherence indicators and propose adjustments when necessary. Support management in analyzing root causes of non-conformities and developing action plans. Participate in continuous improvement committees or meetings, representing the process area. Conduct training on newly implemented processes, workflows, and documents.
