RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor SQL database performance, conducting query analysis and optimization; * Ensure data security, integrity, and availability by implementing best practices and access controls; * Execute backup, recovery, and archiving routines; * Manage user accounts and provide technical support to developers and end users; * Address incidents and issues of low and high complexity related to the database; * Plan capacity, scalability, and growth of the data environment; * Develop and maintain data modeling, including Data Marts and dimensional models; * Design and implement Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to consolidate data from multiple sources; * Guarantee data quality by validating integrity, consistency, and accuracy of loaded information; * Document ETL processes, data models, and Data Mart structures; * Perform continuous monitoring and maintenance of Data Marts to ensure efficiency and up-to-dateness; * Drive continuous improvement by refining models and processes to enhance performance and efficiency. ✅ REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in related fields; * Proven experience as an SQL DBA; * Solid expertise in SQL database administration, monitoring, and optimization; * Experience in data modeling, Data Marts, and dimensional modeling; * Experience with ETL processes and data integration; * Knowledge of information security applied to databases.
