Administrative Assistant I

Description: Required: * Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics or related fields. Desirable: * Basic Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Knowledge of integrated ERP systems * Administrative routines * Quality awareness based on 5S principles * Good Manufacturing Practices * Knowledge of Halal products * Support inventory control by recording material and product entries and exits, receiving invoices or requests, verifying data, entering information into the system, controlling quantities and obtaining updated stock positions to enable restocking or for inventory purposes, working under supervision. * Receive products, verify invoices, compare them against purchase orders, arrange unloading, code items, enter data into the system, assign storage locations and ensure proper storage. * Check products and materials, inspecting products, packaging and invoices, comparing information and delivery deadlines, quantities, brands, quality and expiration dates, as well as necessary documents for accounting and control. * Respond to requests from different departments to the warehouse, obtaining authorization, withdrawing materials from inventory while paying attention to item expiration dates (FIFO system), delivering them to recipients and recording the withdrawal for control purposes. * Request timely replenishment of frequently used materials to prevent shortages when needed. * Assist in generating spreadsheets listing consumption of specific materials (e.g., chemicals) to meet regulatory requirements from public agencies. * Organize the warehouse by marking risk areas, labeling products, arranging shelves, ordering pallets, containers and equipment, maintaining an organized environment to facilitate handling and storage of items. * Participate in warehouse inventories by comparing physical stock balances with system records for control and accounting purposes, identifying discrepancies and making necessary adjustments. * Update supplier and product records managed by the warehouse, inserting or modifying information to allow access to internal processes via the system. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workplace and maintenance of tools and equipment, complying with established norms and procedures. 2511130202461865523
