Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! **#womeninmining #cometonexa** **Responsibilities and Attributes** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in calculating and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate mine operations efficiency and productivity; * Support the development and follow-up of drilling projects, including geological data analysis and definition of drilling routes; * Maintain and organize databases with geological and operational information, ensuring data integrity and continuous updates; * Assist in short- and medium-term mining planning activities, collaborating with the team on the development of detailed mining plans and schedules. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Currently pursuing a degree in Mining Engineering (between the 7th and 10th semester). **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** * Proactivity: Ability to identify improvement opportunities and take initiative. * Good Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with the team. * Office Suite: Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel. * Familiarity with Planning Software: Previous experience or familiarity with mine planning software (e.g., MineSched, Vulcan, Surpac) will be an advantage. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Stipend; * Meal Allowance; * Health Plan; * Shuttle Transportation; * Opportunities for learning and professional development; * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. ***Nexa believes in promoting a diverse environment where everyone feels welcome and comfortable being themselves.*** We are one of the largest zinc producers in the world!
