About the Position:** Strategic and technical involvement in highly complex projects, ensuring compliance with standards, deadlines, and quality requirements, while also supporting team development. **?? Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, review, and approve engineering projects * Prepare technical specifications, reports, and expert opinions * Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices * Evaluate and define solutions, materials, and construction methods * Identify and mitigate technical and safety risks * Propose improvements to processes and operational performance * Plan and coordinate projects, construction works, and contracts * Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders * Represent the company in technical meetings and site inspections * Mentor and develop the technical team **? Requirements:** * Engineering degree with active CREA registration * Solid experience in highly complex projects and/or construction works * Strong technical expertise in the field * Experience in project management (scope, schedule, and cost) * Knowledge of technical and regulatory standards **??
