If you are a committed, organized, and dynamic young person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in controlling and updating inventory spreadsheets; * Support tracking of orders and delivery deadlines; * Organize and archive physical and digital documents; * Provide support in issuing and verifying invoices; * Assist in registering products, suppliers, and carriers in the system; * Support preparation of logistics reports; * Handle administrative requests from the department; * Support monitoring of material inflow and outflow; * Support administrative activities within the Logistics department; * Assist in inventory control processes, document organization, order tracking, and operational routine support, aiming for smooth material and information flow. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or recently completed high school. * Interest in pursuing a career in Logistics. * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). * Communication and problem-solving abilities. * Commitment to continuous learning and development. **Additional Information** * An integrated, cheerful, and positive work environment. * On-site cafeteria for relaxed and enjoyable conversations with colleagues. * Commuter bus service.
