Job Summary: Freelance / PJ Logistics Programmer responsible for planning loads, routing, monitoring deadlines, and managing drivers and fleet. Key Highlights: 1. Driver's license category B. Main responsibilities of a logistics programmer: Load Planning * Prepare the daily loading schedule * Determine **which load goes in which vehicle** * Prioritize urgent loads or those with delivery time windows Routing * Define the optimal route for each driver * Avoid routes with high toll fees, heavy traffic, or restrictions * Group deliveries in the same region (trip optimization) ⏱ Deadline Monitoring * Ensure loading departs on schedule * Monitor whether the driver is meeting the delivery deadline * Notify customers and operations in case of delays Driver Management * Monitor **working hours and rest periods (Driver's Law)** * Verify driver's license expiration date * Track overtime and days off Fleet Management * Check vehicle availability * Block trucks undergoing maintenance * Confirm correct trailer type for each load Important Skills * Logical reasoning * Strong communication skills (constant interaction with drivers throughout the day) * Knowledge of routes and deadlines * Proficiency in using systems / spreadsheets * Quick decision-making (road issues occur constantly) Job Type: Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 30 days Compensation: R$2.400,00 - R$3.100,00 per month Education: * Completed High School (Preferred) Experience: * Logistics (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
