Support logistical and administrative routines, performing tasks as instructed and flagging inconsistencies to improve workflows.

**Main Responsibilities**
* Support the control and monitoring of logistical routines (receiving, picking, shipping, store replenishment, returns, and pickups).
* Perform data entry, queries, and updates of information in management systems (ERP / WMS).
* Issue, verify, and manage logistical documents (picking orders, delivery manifests, delivery confirmations, invoices, and reports).
* Support monitoring of deliveries, pickups, redeliveries, and returns with carriers.
* Assist in tracking logistical incidents (delays, damages, shortages, and discrepancies).
* Update control spreadsheets and operational KPIs.
* Support cyclic and general inventory activities.
* Communicate with stores, customer service (SAC), billing, and carriers for operational alignment.
* Organize physical and digital files of the logistics department.
* Support the Operational Leader and Supervision with administrative tasks related to operations.
**Authority / Decision-Making**
* Perform tasks as directed by the Operational Leader or Supervisor.
* Flag inconsistencies, risks, and operational deviations.
* Suggest improvements to administrative controls and workflows within the department.
**Job Requirements**
**Education**
* Completed high school (mandatory).
* Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields (preferred).
**Experience**
* Prior experience in administrative or operational logistics routines (preferred).
**Technical Knowledge**
* Basic understanding of logistical processes (receiving, warehousing, shipping, and transportation).
* Operational indicators (KPIs) – basic level.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), with emphasis on controls, reporting, and communication.
* Familiarity with logistics management systems (ERP / WMS – TOTVS) is preferred.
