Job Summary: Coordinates and executes urban beverage distribution operational activities, managing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preserving customer relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Preservation of customer and market relationships **Responsibilities:** Coordination and execution of operational activities with the following responsibilities/demands (common to Urban Distribution, Logistics Support, Push and Pull models): * Manage all operational activities characteristic of urban beverage distribution; * Ensure achievement of team people indicators (absenteeism, turnover, net working hours, etc.); * Motivate, train, and develop operational leaders and teams; * Ensure compliance with legislation and maintenance of safe working conditions for the team; * Preserve relationships with customers and customers' customers; * Provide operational conditions for team routine execution and achievement of results; * Ensure market presence (customers' customers), verifying service/delivery conditions and team performance; * Develop and ensure maintenance suppliers compatible with company and customer requirements; * Perform People \& Management routines, in accordance with People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Safety, and other processes; * Safeguard company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities); * Strictly comply with all company and customer procedures, standards, and specifications; * Properly use uniforms and personal protective equipment provided by the company; * Commit to operational goals jointly defined with the customer, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program; * Demonstrate personal and professional behavior consistent with the role; * Perform related tasks, complying with requests from superiors. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor's degree or higher (Postgraduate, Master's, Doctorate, etc.) * Over 2 years of experience in the field * Driver's license: Category B or AB or higher categories (C or AC, D or AD, E or AE) * Computer skills (Office) / Internet – Intermediate/Advanced * Desired knowledge and application of management tools in daily operations Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Economics, Bachelor's Degree * Quality Management, Bachelor's Degree * Logistics, Bachelor's Degree * Production/Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree Driver's License Required: E, D, B, C * Basic food basket * Benefit plans * Medical assistance * On-site meals * Chartered bus * Transportation allowance
