Join us in driving this change—we believe in the power of every individual to generate transformation! * Supervise in-house and third-party workers at construction sites and service fronts, allocating work activities according to demand, project requirements, and company standards for safety and quality; * Size and guide in-house and/or third-party work teams to ensure that executed activities align with the executive project and the established construction schedule; * Determine equipment and materials required for construction projects; * Inspect the quality of completed work, verifying and validating third-party quantity surveying; * Report physical progress of construction projects, validating daily logs with supervisors and preparing civil engineering projects as required; * Update periodic reports on the physical\-financial schedule status of construction projects, developing and presenting departmental performance indicators; * Coordinate departments under responsibility, ensuring proper administration of financial, administrative, and personnel resources; * Operate company vehicles when external service is required, ensuring compliance with traffic safety regulations. * Promote service delivery and compliance with Sustainability standards and procedures (Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health). 251124020246539883
