Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and executing civil construction tasks, including material preparation, construction and repair of structures, and maintenance of the construction site. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of construction and repair services for foundations, structures, and masonry 2. Preparation of materials and organization of the worksite 3. Focus on safety and smooth progress of construction activities \- Responsible for organizing, preparing, and cleaning the worksite, as well as for the use, handling, storage, and transportation of machinery, tools, and materials to ensure high-quality service delivery; also performs any activity that impacts the execution of assigned tasks; \- Reviews project plans, requests and prepares necessary materials, constructs and repairs foundations, concrete structures, masonry, and roofing; \- Applies finishes and screeds, lays bricks, tiles, masonry units, and similar materials, builds foundations, erects walls and fences, and constructs other similar structures, in addition to repairing building, residential, and other structural elements; \- Prepares mortar and/or plaster for any type of activity arising on-site, working across various construction and repair fronts as required, ensuring smooth progression of each project phase; \- Maintains worksite organization and hygiene, collaborating with teams across all construction phases, with emphasis on safety and efficient task execution. **– We operate a banked-hours system;** Benefits: – Transportation allowance; – On-site meals; – Basic food basket (based on attendance); – Group life insurance; Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.934,80 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
