





Job Description / Responsibilities: Customer service (phone, WhatsApp, and emails) to resolve any issues; Finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction; General post\-sales support; Assisting in handling returns due to cancellation, refusal, damage, or loss; Managing communication with the end customer by sending return letters and scheduling pickups; Recording, documenting, and monitoring all customer interactions in our database; Education and Desired Experience: High school diploma required; Customer service experience (preferred); Proficiency with technology, including email correspondence, phone support, and using tools such as internal systems, spreadsheets, and calendars; Employment Type: Full\-time CLT Salary: R$1\.600.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance
