SENIOR PROCUREMENT ANALYST

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to strategically manage material acquisition processes, service contracting, and supplier development, directly contributing to the company’s efficiency and competitiveness. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure optimal commercial terms for procurement of direct and indirect materials, service contracting, and equipment acquisition; * Conduct negotiations aiming at improved cost, quality, delivery lead time, and payment terms; * Identify new domestic and international suppliers, developing alternative supply sources; * Monitor negotiations and analyze contractual terms; * Collaborate with internal departments to meet demands and support internal customers; * Facilitate resolution of issues related to procurement processes; * Draft and finalize contracts jointly with the Legal Department and suppliers; * Ensure compliance with conditions stipulated in contracts and commercial proposals; * Track supplier-related performance indicators and continuous improvement initiatives. **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in procurement/purchasing; * Knowledge of negotiation and supplier management; * Familiarity with Microsiga Protheus 15 system is desirable; * Advanced Excel skills (Macros, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Charts); * Knowledge of inventory control; * Understanding of quality processes; * Familiarity with supplier and material registration processes. **Behavioral Skills** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Analytical and organized mindset; * Proactivity and sense of priority; * Negotiation ability; * Results-oriented with focus on continuous improvement. **Work Mode: On-site \- Nova Iguaçu \- Adrianópolis
