In this role, you will: We are seeking a candidate with a Senior Analytics Engineering profile. You will be the key contributor to strategy, analysis, and executive reporting development—transforming data into actionable insights to guide product and technology decisions. The role involves measuring performance, quality, and cost of solutions; accelerating product hypotheses; and providing visibility into critical OKRs/KPIs. You will initially join the team responsible for the IARA GenAI platform, where you can significantly develop your AI expertise by participating in discussions, planning, deliveries, etc. Functionally, you will report to a Chapter Lead specializing in analytics engineering, who will support your professional growth and help navigate various day-to-day situations.
