We are seeking young talents to join our Junior Apprentice Program, which emphasizes training and development. Our program offers an opportunity for young individuals who wish to start their professional journey and acquire essential knowledge and skills for the workplace. ***We value diversity and encourage applications from people with disabilities (PwDs), Black individuals (Black and Brown), women, Indigenous peoples, LGBTQIA\+, and other historically marginalized groups.*** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Participate in a training program focused on developing technical and behavioral competencies; * Perform hands-on activities within the company, aligned with the Human Resources area, under the supervision and guidance of professionals; * Support Recruitment and Selection activities; * Assist in the onboarding process of new employees by preparing materials and organizing required documents; * Provide candidate support, delivering information about selection processes; * Maintain updated departmental records and spreadsheets (e.g., job status, scheduled interviews, hires, etc.); * Assist the team with daily requests related to selection processes and internal events; * Demonstrate commitment and dedication to assigned tasks, continuously pursuing self-development and enhancement of acquired competencies. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Be aged between 18 and 24 years. * Completed high school or currently enrolled in a degree program; * Basic Excel proficiency; * Proactive; * Communicative; * Organized; * Engaged in learning; * Interest in building a career in Human Resources, particularly in Recruitment and Selection. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 15:00. **Interested? \#VemSerIPLover** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: * High School (Secondary Education) * Birthday Day Off * WellHub/TotalPass * Transportation Allowance * Swile Meal Voucher * Dental Care * Health Insurance * Life Insurance
