Check out this opportunity: **Frontend Developer (React)** Development and maintenance of systems using React and Next.js. Responsibilities * Programming activities; * Addressing requests related to system development or enhancement; * Maintaining production systems through corrective and evolutionary maintenance; * Performing programming tests simulating operations, validating requirement fulfillment; * Applying clean code in deliverables, prioritizing simple and functional code; * Participating in meetings and interacting with internal teams and clients; * Preparing/updating technical documentation; * Staying informed about emerging technologies; * Participating in continuous improvement processes; Requirements **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience in frontend development using React and Next.js; * Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; * CI/CD: Git and GitLab CI; * Experience with AI-powered coding tools (e.g., Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, etc.) is desirable; * Minimum five years of frontend development experience; * Experience with Agile methodologies; **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience with frontend automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or similar), ensuring broader coverage and higher delivery quality. * Knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility, and SEO applied to React and Next.js applications, including image optimization, metatag usage, and Lighthouse best practices. * Experience managing state at scale (Redux, Zustand, Recoil or similar) and organizing frontend architecture in large projects. * Prior experience with high-scale digital products (B2B or B2C), handling high traffic volumes and emphasizing availability. * Familiarity with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Chakra UI, Tailwind CSS or similar). * Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and following React/Next.js ecosystem communities and updates. **WHAT WE OFFER** An inclusive and human-centered professional environment.
