Join us in shaping our history and building our future.** Apply now to our open positions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop scalable and resilient solutions; * Propose improvements to existing systems and ensure delivery quality; * Maintain software quality by reviewing processes, tools, and best practices applicable to the product and technologies used; * Mentor junior developers by addressing their questions, sharing knowledge, designing and architecting solutions, or recommending supporting documentation; * Create highly complex tests—manual or automated—that cover the intended behavior of developed technical components, using requirements and testing tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven software development experience (minimum 5 years); * Proven hands-on experience with both frontend and backend; * Proficiency in backend Java/Java Spring Boot (minimum 5 years); * Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) (minimum 5 years); * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript; * Experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architectures (minimum 5 years); * Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases; * Experience with version control (Git) and GitFlow; * Experience with APM tools (New Relic, Datadog, or Dynatrace); * Experience with Agile methodologies. **Desirable:** * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Software development architecture vision. **Differentiators:** * GitHub project repository; * Multi-Cloud knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure); * Basic CI/CD understanding. **Hybrid Work Model: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (São Paulo city center).** **Additional Information** **At our company, you’ll find a collaborative environment and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your growth, health, and quality of life.
