Contract management and direct client contact Senior Supply Services Analyst (Procurement and Contract Management) **Join CPFL Group and Boost Your Career!** Work Location: Indaiatuba/SP Work Model: On-site Company: CPFL Supre – A company of CPFL Energia Group. **Prerequisites:** Bachelor's degree in engineering disciplines, Administration, Economics, or related fields; MBA or postgraduate degree in procurement or related areas is desirable; Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Intermediate English proficiency; Prior experience in purchasing electrical, infrastructure, and construction services; Prior experience in high-value negotiations; Knowledge of stockable materials; Experience in Strategic Sourcing; Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel; Experience in contract management and material procurement; Knowledge of SAP MM module and preferably Coupa; Experience in negotiations and direct client contact; Experience with procurement KPIs. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** Perform controls, analyses, and negotiations related to material procurement to reduce cost-benefit ratios and apply best practices aligned with business needs. Receive high-complexity purchase requests, establishing and prioritizing actions to keep internal clients informed about all stages of the procurement process. Request quotations from suppliers, mediating alignment of high-complexity technical and operational requirements to meet all criteria specified in purchase requests. Conduct high-complexity negotiations with domestic and international suppliers to meet quality standards and achieve optimal cost-benefit ratios. Formalize high-complexity procurement processes according to internal company procedures to ensure compliance with all negotiated clauses. Manage high-complexity material portfolio activities with suppliers, verifying alignment of their actions with contractual clauses as well as internal company norms and procedures. Identify new negotiation opportunities by visiting and receiving suppliers to understand their processes and emerging technologies related to products and services used by the company.
