Receive high-complexity purchase requests, establishing and prioritizing actions to keep internal clients informed about all stages of the procurement process. Request quotations from suppliers, mediating alignment of high-complexity technical and operational requirements to meet all criteria specified in purchase requests. Conduct high-complexity negotiations with domestic and international suppliers to meet quality standards and achieve optimal cost-benefit ratios. Formalize high-complexity procurement processes according to internal company procedures to ensure compliance with all negotiated clauses. Manage high-complexity material portfolio activities with suppliers, verifying alignment of their actions with contractual clauses as well as internal company norms and procedures. Identify new negotiation opportunities by visiting and receiving suppliers to understand their processes and emerging technologies related to products and services used by the company.
