Position: Data Analysis Supervisor Professional Responsibilities Responsible for statistical analysis of operational data from the transfer center, including inbound and outbound volume, sorting efficiency, on-time performance, and exception handling. Establish and maintain key operational KPIs and analytical reports to support local management and decision-making. Identify efficiency bottlenecks and operational issues through data analysis, providing optimization recommendations. Collaborate with operations, equipment, and IT teams to implement data-driven solutions. Manage and develop the data analysis team, strengthening analytical capabilities and business support. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree completed; preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Logistics. Experience in data analysis; experience in express delivery, logistics, or transfer centers is a plus. Familiarity with transfer center operations and key metrics, such as inbound/outbound volume, sorting, and on-time performance. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and common data analysis / BI tools. Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and ability to coordinate and manage teams. Proficiency in Excel, operating systems, and monitoring and analytics tools; Good communication, coordination, and execution focus.
