This role supports the diagnosis of needs, the implementation of training programs, and the follow-up of team development, reinforcing service standards and keeping our culture alive—always guided by our values: honesty, customer focus, results, and teamwork. **Your mission with us:** You will be responsible for ensuring the integration of new employees and delivering training for direct sales operations, aiming to promote adherence to franchisee-established standards, facilitate achievement of functional goals, and monitor employee engagement with content delivered through operational channels. Requirements: **Main Responsibilities:** Participate in operational development; Ensure integration of new employees; Conduct training relevant to the role; Keep teams trained on new products / service models; Promote achievement of engagement targets for industry-provided content; **Prerequisites:** Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; Strong communication and public speaking skills; Knowledge of performance indicators; Sales knowledge preferred; Familiarity with teaching methodologies; Availability to work onsite at both direct sales centers in SBC and ZS/São Paulo; Benefits **What We Offer:** Fixed salary \+ variable compensation after probation period; Meal allowance of R$ 24.00 per day; Transportation allowance of R$ 400.00 (for those using personal transportation); Health and dental insurance; TotalPass; Exclusive discounts on O Boticário and Eudora products; **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM Friday, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
