Here, you will have the opportunity to **develop solutions that truly make a difference**, in a constantly evolving market. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contact medical services, clinics, and professionals to attract and prospect new providers. * Assist in implementing new resources, procedures, and exams at already-registered accredited providers. * Receive, verify, and process documentation for updating and registering accredited providers. * Support maintaining relationships with accredited service providers. * Analyze and address complaints from users and/or accredited providers, aiming to reverse customer dissatisfaction. * Contact medical services, clinics, and professionals to attract and prospect new providers, seeking growth and expansion of the accredited network. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree; * Knowledge of TUSS, AMB, and CBHPM fee schedules; * Ability to support relationship management with healthcare providers; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. **Additional Information** Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Salary: R$ 2\.131,51 Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) – hybrid model Location: Av.
