Description: Professional responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and the correct movement of products between distribution centers and branches, acting in an analytical and preventive manner to correct discrepancies and prevent losses, always aligned with the company's internal parameters and procedures. Responsibilities and duties * Ensure that transfers between branches are completed correctly up to the destination store. * Correct route overages that appear physically but were not recorded in the system. * Record recounting and adjust all differences identified in routes (overages/shortages). * Adjust and record recounting of items returned by stores, whether for sale or transfer. * Correct supplier overages/shortages and validate all actions taken to ensure inventory accuracy. * Ensure that products sent from the distribution center to stores are in the correct quantities, quickly identifying and correcting any discrepancies through detailed analysis in Power BI. * Monitor and correct inventory differences between branches, preventing losses and thefts, based on management reports and analytical dashboards. * Verify product entries and exits in the system to ensure consistency with physical inventory and sales systems, especially in cases of missing products. * Perform product reference exchanges, correcting invoices in collaboration with the tax department, using adjustment returns and write-off coupons. * Check and correct catalog discrepancies (e.g.: items registered as set or unit) together with the purchasing team, using the web system. * Ensure that items returned by stores are correctly located and adjusted, analyzing lists and routes to avoid inconveniencing the end consumer. * Conduct thorough analyses to identify failures in route shipments and determine the origin of errors (distribution center or store), taking necessary corrective actions. * Correct overages and shortages by issuing adjustment invoices, ensuring compliance with tax requirements and data integrity in the system. * Identify failures, prevent losses, and generate more accurate insights. * Analytical and critical mindset, with an auditor’s posture to ensure compliance and minimize risks. * Practical experience in inventory operation and control, focused on identifying and solving process failures.
