




**Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare vehicle parts quotations; * Schedule maintenance with suppliers; * Provide support and assistance to drivers. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 08:00–13:00 and 15:00–17:20; * Saturday: 07:00–14:50. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in administrative roles (experience in transportation or fleet management is preferred); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel is essential); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity, organizational skills, and ability to manage operational routines. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary (to be negotiated); * Benefits: transportation allowance, meal voucher.
