Collaborate in organizing and storing products in inventory. Participate in the order picking and shipping process. Perform inventory control and update records. Support maintaining workplace cleanliness and organization. Respond to information requests courteously and efficiently. Develop logistics and management system operation skills. Participate in company-provided training and capacity-building programs. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education (afternoon schedule preferred). * Age between 17 and 22 years. * Reside near the Glória neighborhood area. * Basic computer literacy. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Teamwork orientation and proactivity. * Organizational skills and attention to detail.
