**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor and control mandatory Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) documents for each contract/client
* Conduct monthly tracking of clinics and medical examinations performed by company employees
* Record incidents and prepare accident statistics
* Participate in internal and external audits
* Develop and create OHS-related documents such as Risk Management Plan (PGR), Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), Fire Prevention Plan (PCA), Technical Report on Working Conditions (AET), Risk Analysis (APR), and Technical Report on Hazardous Activities (LTCAT)
* Investigate accidents and complete relevant procedures and forms
* Conduct risk assessments and integrate safety practices
* Manage and create Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) records
* Schedule and monitor admission, periodic, and dismissal medical examinations
* Email management
* Deliver in-person training and Daily Safety Talks (DDS) at operational sites
