Job Summary: Responsible for leading the full implementation of new tools, ensuring training and follow-up on adoption and stabilization of usage, as well as reporting status to project leadership. Proactive, results-oriented profile focused on adoption **Job Description:** ---------------------- Lead the full implementation of a new tool across company units, ensuring adequate user training, monitoring adoption, and stabilizing usage during the post-implementation period. Key responsibilities: Plan and execute the implementation schedule across designated units; Conduct in-person training sessions for managers and end users; Monitor the first days of tool usage; Support users in resolving operational questions; Monitor usage and process adherence metrics; Report implementation status to project leadership; Identify resistance or difficulties and propose corrective actions; Ensure the defined process is being correctly followed. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Proven experience implementing corporate systems or tools Experience delivering team training and facilitating in-person workshops Strong verbal and written communication skills Organizational and disciplinary skills to track schedules Ability to manage resistance to change Proactive, results-oriented profile **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in retail companies or operations with multiple units Experience in digital transformation projects Basic knowledge of project management **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Work Location:** ---------------------- SAGA AUTOMINAS COMERCIO DE VEICULOS LTDA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, with a two-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 08:00–12:00 **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Project duration estimated between 3 and 4 months, adjustable according to the implementation schedule requirements.
