Job Summary: The professional will supervise and guide drivers on onboard technologies, traffic legislation, and safe driving practices, as well as conduct driver retraining. Key Highlights: 1. Guide drivers on traffic technologies and legislation. 2. Provide comprehensive, hands-on trip supervision. 3. Conduct driver retraining and performance improvement. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 07:30 to 17:30 h **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * First Stage: Trip Supervision; Guide new and experienced drivers on onboard truck technologies, current legislation, and best practices for safe and efficient driving. * Second Stage \- Practical Supervision: Conduct a practical trip by accompanying the driver throughout the entire route, monitoring their driving behavior and conduct along the way. * Third Stage: New/Inexperienced Driver (Supervision): Accompany the driver from start to finish of the trip—from loading at the base to delivery at the unloading point—always returning to the base upon completion of the route. * Conduct retraining for drivers exhibiting below-average performance or excessive traffic violations. Accompany the entire trip—from loading to unloading—to evaluate driver performance, returning to the base upon completion of the route. * **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Driver's license compatible with nine-axle tractor-trailers (Category E); * Availability for travel; * Experience in related activities, per service instructions. * Strong communication skills (good public speaking ability), as the role involves team integration, training, and instructing drivers on performance metrics.
