Description
Position Objective
Provide technical support for activities related to urban and rural land regularization, contributing to the preparation of architectural projects, technical surveys, site inspections, and documentary organization in accordance with legal requirements and sectoral guidelines.
Requirements
**Education:**
Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning (completed or nearing completion)
**Desirable Knowledge:**
Basic understanding of urban and rural land regularization;
Fundamental knowledge of urban and environmental legislation;
Ability to read and interpret drawings, maps, and technical documents;
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, QGIS/ArcGIS, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Activities
Main Responsibilities
Assist in preparing architectural land subdivision projects, sketches, and descriptive reports in compliance with current legislation (Law No. 13\.465/2017 and related regulations);
Conduct field surveys, technical inspections, and on-site data collection to support project and technical document preparation;
Assist in organizing technical and legal dossiers for land regularization processes;
Follow up on procedures at public agencies, including notary offices, municipal governments, and municipal secretariats;
Update and organize technical files, maps, and databases of ongoing projects;
Participate in technical meetings with multidisciplinary teams (legal, social, surveying) and communities involved in the process;
Ensure project compliance with local urban and environmental parameters.
