LARGE DISTRIBUTOR WITH MORE THAN 29 YEARS IN THE MARKET PRESENT IN VARIOUS REGIONS OF BRAZIL. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate all logistics operations of the distributor, ensuring agility, accuracy and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Work integrated with other areas, promoting efficiency, innovation and excellence in customer service. * Develop and implement logistics plans aligned with company goals * Define distribution, transportation and storage strategies * Manage department budget and seek reduction of operational costs * Supervise processes of receiving, inspection, warehousing, picking, dispatching and transportation of auto parts * Ensure inventory accuracy and on-time delivery fulfillment * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements * Manage leaders and operational teams, promoting development and engagement * Conduct training, evaluations and feedback sessions * Encourage a culture of high performance, discipline and collaboration * Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, HR and Finance departments * Align logistics processes with commercial and operational needs * Participate in strategic meetings and contribute with analysis and solutions * Identify opportunities for automation and process digitization * Implement technologies that increase logistics efficiency and traceability * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation * Ensure excellent logistics service to internal and external customers * Resolve conflicts and bottlenecks quickly and empathetically * Build trust-based relationships with suppliers, carriers and partners Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related fields will be a plus; Experience in the Logistics department; Experience managing sector and team; Knowledge in TOTVS system will be an advantage.
