We want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role as a Transformation Leader:** * **Prevention and Response:** Anticipate and standardize procedures for handling and responding to security incidents. * **Continuous Monitoring:** Monitor, in real time, the integrated services of our clients to ensure maximum protection. * **Security Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports on outcomes of implemented actions. * **Technical Execution:** Directly support and evolve security solutions. * **Vulnerability Analysis:** Identify, analyze, and propose solutions for discovered vulnerabilities. * **Risk Mapping:** Assess risks and implement solutions for secure environments. * **Tool Implementation:** Deploy and manage cybersecurity tools. * **Security Trends:** Research and analyze emerging trends in data security. * **Testing and Diagnostics:** Conduct failure tests, incident response drills, and ongoing risk diagnostics. * **Customer Support:** Install, operate, and update virtual protection software and platforms—always with excellence in customer service. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Seek to Strengthen Our \#TopazTeam:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) * Programming logic and script-based automation * Computer networks * Structured database queries * Application and database servers (intermediate level) * Environment virtualization * Support for mission-critical environments * ITIL methodology for IT service management * Fraud detection and prevention * Web and Mobile development * **Languages:** Intermediate English and Spanish are advantageous. * **Availability:** Willingness to travel across Brazil. **Additional Information** Your experience at Topaz is our top priority!
