We are looking for a professional with an analytical mindset, a consultative approach, and technical expertise to support the development of strategic proposals and customer relationship management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare budgets for construction projects and consulting services, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with scope; * Manage the commercial CRM, keeping records, sales pipeline, and history up to date; * Monitor commercial indicators and KPIs, providing insights to support strategic decision-making with management; * Develop customized proposals reflecting the scope to be delivered to each client; * Consolidate databases to generate managerial and financial overviews; * Collaborate closely with planning, operations, and commercial leadership teams; * Support the team in meetings, commercial rituals, and technical proposal presentations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in construction and technical consulting budgeting; * Experience with various pricing models and proposal structuring; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Experience managing CRM systems; * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and comfort working with numbers; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Willingness to work on-site (Belo Horizonte/MG); * Preferred: Technical knowledge in engineering, project planning, and project management.
