Description: * Degree in the field; * Experience with network, operating systems, and cloud provider configurations and security; * Networking Fundamentals: TCP/IP, cabling, basic Wi-Fi, and knowledge of switches, routers, and firewalls; * Hardware: Installation of printers (thermal and multifunction) and basic computer maintenance; * Operating Systems: Installation and configuration of Windows, basic user management; * Active Directory: Knowledge of user/group creation and management; * Proactivity, curiosity, logical reasoning, effective communication, and teamwork skills; * Availability to reside in Santa Quitéria - CE. 1. Plans, installs, and manages networks and servers; 2. Performs backups, preventive maintenance, and system monitoring; 3. Ensures information security by creating protections against attacks; 4. Provides technical support, resolves issues, and updates systems; 5. Conducts meetings, follow-ups, and training sessions with internal clients; 5.
