With over 40 years of history, we have a bright future ahead — one built on innovation, customer focus, and excellence, all created together. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect production data (time, volume, losses, rework). * Support chronometric analyses and time studies. * Update indicator spreadsheets (production, efficiency, scrap). * Assist in developing work instructions. * Organize technical documentation (routings, technical sheets, layouts). * Support testing of new materials and components (soles, uppers, adhesives, etc.). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Currently pursuing a university degree in Engineering or Exact Sciences (preferred); * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. **Additional Information** Democrata is a company focused on innovation, consumer satisfaction, and expansion.
