**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor store processes;
* Conduct daily supervision of cashiers and/or store operators, ensuring proper form completion, expediting customer service, and supporting the team during peak pharmacy traffic hours;
* Assist in developing sales spreadsheets, targets, staff schedules, and daily tasks;
* Provide customer service;
* Manage pharmacy financial operations, including change handling, returns, cancellations, and card transactions;
* Perform monthly returns of medications and non-medical products to the distribution center;
* Receive the key pouch, verifying the seal number on the "Pouch Delivery Control" log;
* Be responsible for receiving the armored vehicle;
* Carry out monthly price-change corrections (errata);
* Verify cash amounts dispensed by cashiers (cash withdrawals);
* Supplement cash registers with change (coins or bills), according to their needs;
* Assume management responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a degree in Pharmacy;
* Proficiency in computer applications;
* Experience leading teams and organizing administrative processes;
* Experience in sales and customer service.
